Calling all bakers - Are you the next GIBO champ?

TV3 is calling out for applicants for the third series of ‘The Great Irish Bake Off’.

With two hugely successful series under its apron, TV3 is looking for a new batch of baking enthusiast for its third series.

So if you're known to make a sweet cheesecake or couldn’t live without your friends fairy cakes, why not give it a go, rise to the occasion and follow in the footsteps of 2014 winner Tracy Coyne and 2013 winner Stephen Chisholm.

The brand new series - that will air the autumn - will welcome back presenter and former Big Brother star Anna Nolan as well as judges Biddy White Lennon and Paul Kelly.

Casting auditions are due to get underway in March and will begin filming in May.

So how do you apply?

Simply download the application form at www.tv3.ie/takepark, fill it in and return to [e-mail], or post to: The Great Irish Bake Off, Sideline Productions, 9 Appian Way, Ranelagh, Dublin 6.

Don’t forget to add a photo of yourself as well as at least two pictures of your bakes.

Applications are now open and will close at MIDNIGHT on Sunday, February 8, 2015.
