Adams delighted at Globe nomination for Big Eyes

Amy Adams has said she was very excited when she heard she'd picked up a Golden Globe nomination for her new film Big Eyes.

The Tim Burton film is based on the true story of the artist Margaret Keane, whose husband took credit for her paintings until the truth finally came out.

The film is already a success with the critics - with many believing it could give Adams her 6th Oscar nomination in just 10 years.

Adams said: "Every time working with Tim Burton is unique."
