Paltrow dating Glee star

Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Falchuk are "openly dating."

The Oscar-winning actress, who announced her split from Chris Martin in March after 10 years of marriage, started romancing the 'Glee' and 'American Horror Story' co-creator in July, and they now regularly circulate as a couple in Hollywood.

The insider told the New York Post's Page Six: "[They're] openly dating, but behind closed doors. They go to private Hollywood parties together."

The 43-year-old executive producer, who also split from his wife of 10 years last year, first met the blonde beauty, 42, when she guest-starred on 'Glee.'

They spent a lot of time together over the summer in Los Angeles and the Hamptons, and also enjoyed a secret holiday to Utah.

Coldplay star Chris, who has daughter Apple, 10, and son Moses, eight, with Gwyneth, has also moved on with Jennifer Lawrence, 24.

Meanwhile, the 'Iron Man 3' star admits acupuncture has helped her "heal" in recent months.

Writing on her lifestyle blog, Goop.com, she revealed: "Those many little needles have helped me through many an ailment. "Don't get me wrong, I am thankful as hell for a round of antibiotics or surgery when necessary, but I have been helped tremendously by all of the practices below that help the body heal itself."
