WATCH: Ellen scares Eric Stonestreet - AGAIN!

Ellen DeGeneres appears to already be in the Halloween spirit, scaring Eric Stonestreet in what we think was her BEST. SCARE. EVER!

Stonestreet - who we all know as Cam on the comedy Modern Family - remembered all too well how the TV show host pranked him not once, not twice but three times on her show since 2012, so this time he was ready.

The Emmy-winning actor returned to The Ellen DeGeneres show, he brought along his best friends Paul and Stacy to be on ‘scare patrol’.

Ellen reassured the men they could stay in the back and promised Stonestreet that "nobody's coming out", but Ellen being Ellen of course has something up her sleeve - or in the box in this case.

"I've scared @EricStonestreet so many times, he brought bodyguards with him. So, I had to think out of the box," DeGeneres joked on Twitter.

"I've never coming back!" sulked Stonestreet after the scare.

"One of your favorite guests—you've just lost him!"

"Good job! Way to go guys!" he said, addressing his friends. "I'm almost crying!"
