Sheen offers $1,000 after football star leaves miserly 20c tip

Charlie Sheen has offered to give a waiter $1,000 after he was left a 20 cent tip by an NFL star.

The 'Anger Management' actor took to his Twitter account to make the generous pledge to waiter Rob Knelly after he was given the measly sum by Philadelphia Eagles star LeSean McCoy while serving him at PYT restaurant in Philadelphia.
