Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross have got married

And you'll never guess who officiated the cermony.

Ashlee Simpson has wed Diana Ross's son Evan Ross.

The loved-up couple - who got engaged in March - tied the knot at Evan's mother Diana Ross' lavish estate in Greenwich, Connecticut, yesterday where the stunning blonde was walked down the aisle by her five-year-old son Bronx.

The 29-year-old singer/songwriter was joined at the ceremony by her sister Jessica, who was her matron of honour and posted these pictures of her bridal party.

It is also believed that Evan's superstar mother Diana Ross acted as officiant, according to E!.

Ashlee - who was previously married to Bronx's father, Pete Wentz, from 2008 until 2011 - began dating Evan, 26, in July 2013 and is said to have walked down the aisle in a stunning pearl-embellished gown and Neil Lane jewellery.

It is thought guests then spent the evening partying with the newlyweds at a Bohemian-inspired bash, complete with dream catchers and a mixture of festival food.

It was previously reported that the couple's family and friends would be treated to a performance from Stevie Wonder, 64, at the ceremony, but it is not yet known whether he was present.

Motown star Diana, 70, was also rumoured to perform at the nuptials after the 'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay' actor admitted that his mother was keen to get involved in every aspect of his big day.

"[My mother is] involved in every part of our wedding [and] engagement party," the groom said.

No doubt will hear the pitter patter of tiny feet very soon as Evan is know to be a big family man - being one of ten siblings - and eager to start a family very soon.
