Lohan back in court for pre-trial hearing

Lindsay Lohan is due back in a Los Angeles courtroom today for a hearing hich will determine when her trial on three misdemeanour charges will begin.

A judge ordered the actress to appear after questioning her New York lawyer’s competency to defend her during a hearing last month.
