Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are "incredibly happy" since they got divorced.

The former couple's good pal Adam Shankman, who directed the 50-year-old actor in 'Rock of Ages' and worked with Katie, 34, when she appeared as a guest judge on 'So You Think You Can Dance', claims Tom is "happy as a clam" after spending time with their daughter Suri, six, recently.
