TV presenter Ant admits voting Tory

Ant of Ant and Dec fame has admitted voting Conservative in the last British general election, but said it would make his family “very angry”.

Anthony McPartlin, who grew up on a council estate in Newcastle – but now lives in west London and has hosted a string of hit ITV shows with his presenting partner Declan Donnelly, made the comments in an interview with Guardian Weekend magazine.
