Adele buys granny a caravan for birthday

Adele has treated her grandmother to a luxury caravan for her birthday.

The 24-year-old singer has become a global pop superstar, and used some of her wealth to buy the £23,000 Lunar Delta RS for Doreen Adkins' 70th birthday.
