Cork designer delighted as cuffs make Globes red carpet

A Cork-based jewellery designer is celebrating after one of her designs made it onto the Golden Globes red carpet.

Her unique crystal-encrusted cuffs and gloves have been worn in the past by Lady Gaga, Rihanna and Britney Spears, and now her designs have made it to the Golden Globes.

Speaking to Cork's RedFM, Vikki describes the moment she spotted her cuffs on the arm of a Steven Spielberg's wife Kate Capshaw.

"I've designed for a lot of A-list celebrities over the last 18 months, but I never expected to see us on the Golden Globes red carpet so quickly," she said.

"I was absolutely blown away when I saw my cuffs on Kate Capshaw. We were screaming and roaring around the place!"
