Lohan 'lying' case back in court

A case over allegations that actress Lindsay Lohan lied to police about a traffic accident is due back in a Los Angeles court today.

The actress faces charge of lying to police about driving when her Porsche slammed into the back of a truck in June; reckless driving, and obstructing police from performing their duties.
