Sheen helps Lohan with tax bill

Charlie Sheen has apparently bailed out pal Lindsay Lohan by helping to pay her tax bill.

The actor – who got friendly with Li-Lo when they worked on 'Scary Movie 5' together – wrote the actress a cheque for $100,000 (€77,137) so she could pay off the sum, according to TMZ.com.

Lohan apparently opened up to Sheen about her tax woes when they worked together earlier this year but refused to allow him to help out at the time.

Undeterred, Sheen recently posted a cheque to Lohan’s team to help her settle the bill.

The gossip site reports that Lindsay was “blown away” by Charlie’s generosity.
