Tulisa is reportedly on the verge of being sacked from 'The X Factor'.
Show bosses are said to be upset with the judge after she failed to turn up on time to a filming session, and hasn't been putting all her efforts into the show.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "She needs to buck up her ideas and give her performance on the show more attention."
A spokesperson for the star admitted she was late for filming with her contestant, Ella Henderson, two weeks ago.
They said: "She did get there but by the time she did Ella had to go so they couldn't film. So she was an hour late but she didn't just not turn up."
Meanwhile Ella, 16, has told how getting a tweet from singer Adele helped her better accept her figure.
The hopeful - who lost 35lbs last year because she felt under pressure to look like a pop star - said: "I couldn't believe a Grammy award-winner sent me a message on Twitter after my first performance. She is such an inspiration.
"Last year I was very body-conscious. I went completely the other way and I went underweight at a certain point.
"Now I've found the right balance and I'm happy. I'm a normal-sized girl. I'll never be a size zero, that's just not going to happen but I'm simply going to be myself and I hope people will accept me for who I am."
Adele - who is famed for her curvy figure - had tweeted last month: "Ella Henderson on X Factor is absolutely incredible! I LOVE her!! Good luck xx (sic).'
Weight issues were also raised on last night's show as Rylan Clark made a shocking jibe at judge Gary Barlow about his figure, leaving the Take That star speechless.
During a clip on the show, Rylan was seen performing a snippet of a Take That song, and Gary asked him which member of the band he had been trying to impersonate.
He replied: "'Definitely weren't you, I'm far too skinny."
Gary, 41, has made no secret of his weight battles after Take That originally split in 1996, when he ballooned to 235lbs.
He said: "I felt horrible. I felt s**t. For someone so big, I felt incredibly small."
