The 'X Factor' stars caused havoc at Disneyland Paris.

This year's remaining crop of hopefuls - Union J, Rylan Clark, Jahmene Douglas, James Arthur, Ella Henderson and Christopher Maloney - had to be escorted away by security when they were mobbed by fans of the ITV1 show during a £200,000 trip to the theme park yesterday.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "Everyone was watching the parade and someone noticed them. From then on, everyone seem to realise the 'X Factor' guys were in the park and they all flocked to them.

"It caused a bit of a situation with security, who had to take them to a quiet area at the other side of the park so the parade wasn't disrupted any more."

When things had quieted down, the contestants each performed a tune they have sung on 'The X Factor' for fellow visitors.

The group struggled to understand the locals as they rushed around all the rides, and Union J member JJ was particularly interested in trying out his French on the ladies.

The source added: "JJ was thrilled when he found out we were taking them to Paris. He said he has a thing for French girls because they're so beautiful.

"He didn't have much luck because most of the French girls didn't even know who he was."

During the Eurostar trip over, a snoozing Christopher had a moustache drawn on him in permanent marker pen by Union J so he could "fit in" across the Channel.
