Bon Jovi cuts publicity tour short to return to New York

Rocker Jon Bon Jovi has rushed back from his Irish and British publicity tour to comfort his distraught family in New York after hurricane Sandy.

The Bon Jovi star cut short his trip around Ireland and the UK and boarded a private jet to return to his wife Dorothea and their four children after their $24m (€18.5m) home was badly damaged in the terrifying storm leaving them stranded without power.
