Kristen Stewart will be the star attraction at Paris Fashion Week today.

The 22-year-old actress - who has rarely been seen out in public after it was revealed she had cheated on Robert Pattinson with director Rupert Sanders - will sit front row at the Balenciaga show, it has been confirmed.
