Former managers sue Rebecca Ferguson

Singer Rebecca Ferguson is being sued for breach of contract by her former managers after she split from them.

Ferguson - who came second in the 2010 series of the X Factor - slammed Modest Management Ltd as "vile" to over 650,000 Twitter followers.

She claims the company overworked her to the point of exhaustion and didn't allow her time off to see her two young children.
