Garda Traffic get into the Halloween spirit with a brilliant tweet

The Gardaí may have been on a work-to-rule today, but whoever is manning their Twitter account should be on extra pay.

They posted a hilarious tweet after officers picked up a hearse today with no road tax.

In it they say: "RIP Road Tax 2013-14 - Passed away 2 yrs ago. Its gone to a better place now...Off the Road!"

They finished it off by reminding everyone that all vehicles must have tax, insurance and NCT.
