This is when the crew at Tralee Chamber Alliance close down the main shopping street of the town - on the last weekend before Christmas - and gather well known business owners and politicians together to go head-to-head racing office chairs down the street.

TD’s Michael Healy Rae and Martin Ferris were among the competitors and seemed only too happy to get stuck into the tomfoolery.

Down with that sort of thing.

Of course the scamp, Cllr Brassil was disqualified for his unorthodox methods, while TD’s banded together to go the distance.

All funds raised at the event went to St Vincent de Paul.

Ah here, stick to the football lads.
