The new season of Netflix’s hugely successful Orange is the New Black is here, and to promote it, stars Taylor Schilling (Piper Chapman) and Uzo Aduba (Suzanne ’Crazy Eyes’ Warren) decided to record some Irish slang.

The script that was slowly rolling on the teleprompter said: "Hello Ireland. What's the craic?" before telling us OITNB is available. "So take a seat and I'll go wet the tea."

Which they almost get right. Almost. Then, deciding that "wet the tea" obviouslymust be a typo...

Look, we get it. You have to record a promo for every territory Netflix releases in, which is a long afternoon of reading things. But you can do better than giving up and descending into giggles.

What a crock. I mean croike. I mean croyke…
