Brazilian TV show Programma Silvio Santos organised this 'Ghost on the Subway' prank for a segment. Using hidden cameras, they rigged a subway car so that the lights would flicker when it arrived at a station.

As the unsuspecting passengers try to get the rigged doors to open, everything goes black and when the lights come back on, there is a ghostly girl standing in the carriage, holding a doll. And then she screams.
