US cinema mixes up 50 Shades of Grey and Spongebob movie
A cinema in Colorado made a bit of a risky mistake on Monday morning when they accidentally started showing '50 Shades of Grey' to an audience consisting of parents and children expecting to see 'The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water'
Joe Jaramillo had taken his granddaughter to the 11.45am screening of the new Spongebob movie and said that only the beginning of the movie was shown and that "it was the parents' reaction to it that was so funny".
"Some were moving pretty fast to get the kids out of the theater," Jaramillo said. "The family sitting behind me said what I was thinking: 'Am I in the right theater?'"
The cinema quickly realised their mistake and cut to children's movie trailers - hopefully before any parents had to answer some very awkward questions from their kids.
