This video of a guy on motorbike approaching a car at traffic lights on the Suir Road in Kilmainham has a very unexpected ending.

We can only imagine the confusion and fear that the driver of the car felt when he noticed the guy beside him in traffic leaning over and reaching out towards his car.

What's he doing to do? Is he angry about something?
