The people over at Go Pro have put one of their gadgets to good use so now even the least nimble among us can get a sense of how it feels.

Allison Stokke takes us through the mechanics of pole-vaulting from all different angles and tells us why she agrees with the notion that pole vaulters are indeed "a little crazy".

We would have to agree with Allison about the crazy but it still looks like a lot of fun.
