For those not au fait with the intricacies of the unique Cork lilt, this helpful video will have you recognising the origin of natives in no time.

The footage uploaded on Youtube by the Norries of Cork website comes from the Late Late Show in 1982 and features a Cork man humorously explaining where each particular Cork accent comes from.

It's a must see for those new to Cork and will have the locals in stitches.
