#selfie4svp: Celebs join our readers in the festive fun

Our readers have taken on our festive and fun #selfie4svp challenge in their droves.

Remember, we'll donate €1 to St. Vincent de Paul - up to the value €10,000 - for every merry selfie we receive.

It's the selfless selfie!

You can share it on Facebook or Twitter using the hashtag #selfie4svp. It's HO HO HO SO simple!

The #selfie4svp campaign has really picked up a gear this week with the volume of selfies increasing each day we get closer to Christmas.

A number of well know personalities have got behind the campaign including; Ryan Tubridy, Neven Maguire, Kathleen Lynch, Joan Burton, Daithi O'Sé, Maura Derrane, Francis Brennan, Pascal Sheehy, Ruby Walsh and Neil Prendeville.

We went out onto the streets of Cork City this week with the campaign and asked people to do their #selfie4svp which was very well received.

For all those who haven't done their selfie yet there is plenty of time, grab some Christmassy props and get clicking, share with friends and family.

A full page of selfies will be printed in paper on Christmas Eve to say thank you to all readers who have participated.

2) Stand in good light

3) Be yourself and flash a real smile

4) Don't overthink it, just relax
