Did you see Republic of Telly’s ’Ginger is the New Black’ sketch last night?

Republic of Telly took on popular Netflix prison show, 'Orange is the New Black' last night with a parody entitled 'Ginger is the New Black'.

Featuring Jennifer Maguire and Bernard O'Shea along with Blathnaid Ni Chofaigh and Full Frontal's Angela Scanlon, it imagines a terrifying prison scenario where redheads hold all the power. Shudder.

It's rude, crass and very funny.

The one takeaway from this is that you wouldn't want to cross Blathnaid, that's for sure.
