Ireland is currently in the midst of water meters being installed in most households.

These musicians, however, have a message for the powers that be about where they should be installing them and it doesn't involve digging any more holes in the street!

The song, 'You Can Shove Your Water Meters Up Your A**e', is the brainchild of Irish folk musician and social commentator Robbie Dunn who is based in Brisbane, Australia.

The beginning of the video finds him telling two Australian friends about the installation of water meters in Irish households.

"But there's more water in Ireland than anywhere," one exclaims.

"I'd be telling them to stick their water meters up their a**e," the other says.

The song features the immortal line: "Now I can't relax, while sitting on the jax/ Because the water meter is clicking up the tax."

All together now, "Now I can't relax....
