Entire Kilkenny team turn up at Tommy Walsh’s house, his mammy arrives soon after

In what looked like a scene from Father Ted, the entire Kilkenny hurling team turned up at Tommy Walsh’s house to convince him to come out celebrating.

The Cats clearly wanted to resume their All-Ireland celebrations but it seems Tommy was reluctant.

The bus-load of GAA players arrived at his house, hopped over the wall and gathered outside his front window to wave and call the nine-time All Star.

It wasn't long before Mammy Walsh arrived on the scene...

The surreal moment was caught on camera by Ciara Ní HAilin, who posted the footage on her Facebook page.

Sadly, one important question remains unanswered: Did he go out?
