McIlroy's bottle popped before final putt

Rory McIlroy got celebrations off to a bit of an early start at the end of the Ryder Cup when the bottle of champagne he was holding blew it’s cork.

The world number one was standing by on the 18th green when the bottle unexpectadley popped as Zach Johnson was getting ready to putt.

Graeme McDowell, who was standing alongside McIlroy, as well as several other members of the European team found it hard to contain themselves at the sudden bursting of the cork.
