Channel 4 cancels episode of 'The Great Celebrity Bake Off' featuring Scott Mills

Channel 4 will not show the final episode of because of allegations against Scott Mills, who features in the show as a celebrity contestant.
The former Radio 2 DJ was sacked by the BBC after it emerged the Metropolitan Police launched an investigation into the 53-year-old in 2016 over allegations of serious sexual offences involving a teenage boy under 16 between 1997 and 2000.
A Channel 4 spokesperson said: âHaving carefully considered the circumstances, weâve taken the decision not to air the final episode of the 2026 series of , featuring Scott Mills.
âAcknowledging the seriousness of the accusations that have been made against Scott, we donât believe it would be appropriate to air the episode at this time.âÂ
Channel 4 has confirmed that an alternative episode of the show will be broadcast instead.
The 2026 series of the celebrity edition of has been airing weekly since March 22, and has seen stars including Molly-Mae Hague, JoJo Siwa, and Vicky Pattison compete inside its tent.
Following his sacking, Mills stepped back from his role as an ambassador for MS Society UK on Tuesday, while childrenâs cancer charity Neuroblastoma UK has decided to âpart waysâ with Mills, who had been a patron since 2021.
He has also been dropped as the host of the BBCâs new spin-off podcast.
