Swan Lake at Cork Opera House in November

Romanian ballet duo Katerina Petrova and Tsetso Ivanov are set to return to Cork Opera House on November 6-8 to portray the roles of Odette and Odile in Cork City Ballet’s production of Swan Lake.

Alan Foley, artistic director of Cork City Ballet, says that this rendition will not only keep the traditional elements of the classic ballet, but will also introduce a new element to the story: “Unlike the unalloyed tragedy most people cherish, this version ends with a fairy tale twist."

Tickets for the shows are now on sale from the box office at Cork Opera House.
