★★★☆☆
In his greatest works, his Dublin Trilogy, Sean O’Casey draws readily on such stage staples of his time as comic double acts, music-hall knockabout, melodrama, slapstick, and physical comedy. It's hardly surprising then to see that these minor works, three short comedies, are in a similar vein.
