A strong and stable internet connection is key to securing your tickets as you don’t want the internet to drop while you're waiting in the queue or just about to checkout.

Make sure to turn off your screen timeout on the device you will be using to search for your tickets - the last thing you want is for your screen to go dark while waiting to get your tickets.
Tickets go on sale at 12pm, but it’s a good idea to visit the Ticketmaster site early, giving yourself time to get into the virtual waiting room.
Once you are in the waiting room, do not leave or refresh the page or you will lose your spot. When the sale begins, you will get a spot in the queue.
Make sure you are searching for the type of ticket and select the ticket you want. Make sure to complete the checkout process within the timeframe shown on the screen. If the timer runs out, you will lose the tickets you have selected.
Don’t panic! If you don’t manage to get your hands on tickets during the general sale, there’s no need to fret just yet.
There will be people who will find between now and July that they can no longer attend the festival and will put their tickets up for resale on Ticketmaster.
It is worth keeping an eye on the website in the months ahead to see if tickets become available.
