Sex advice with Suzi Godson: 'I can't keep up with him in bed'
Everyone “knows” that exercise is good for you, and most people believe it has positive sexual effects too. Yet it is surprisingly difficult to find research to verify this. There are lots of studies exploring the impact of exercise on sexual dysfunction, or the ways in which exercise can help to decrease stress, or alleviate depression, or improve cardiovascular function. But because it is so much more difficult to get funding for “sex” as opposed to “health” research, studies that explore the sexual benefits of exercise for healthy men and women are rare.
