A nonprofit animal rescue organisation in Romania has released an emotional video showing the radical difference some TLC can make to an animal.

The three and a half minute video documents the transition a homeless dog went through from roaming the streets, alone and hungry, to finding a forever home thanks to the concern and action of the organisation 'Howl of a Dog'.
