What has just happened?

So, in case you haven't heard, America has elected Donald Trump as the 45th President of America.

Obviously, there are a lot of Americans pretty damn happy about this result, but there are also a lot of people around the world who are shocked, amazed and appalled at the result and have taken to Twitter to share these sentiments with the world.
