There may be a perception that drink driving is a thing of the past, but unfortunately, the facts show that the opposite is the case.

The Road Safety Authority is reorganising the Driver Theory Test to ensure that new drivers know and understand the consequences of drink driving.

The new questions in the section are taken from a pre-crash report into fatal collisions between 2008 and 2012, and from information available in the Rules of the Road.
