98fm sports broadcaster Darren Cleary has hilariously caught out the popular twitter account of An Garda Síochána today.

Darren asked @GardaTraffic for more information on the laws surrounding cyclists using the footpath. Responding to the tweet the Gardaí told Darren that depending on the circumstances it could be considered “cycling without reasonable consideration”.
