A GIANT 'shrimp' was caught off the coast of Florida

It's absolutely huge.

An absolutely huge mantis shrimp was caught off the coast of Florida by a couple of unsuspecting fishermen.

Steve Bargeron watched the couple pull the creature - which is actually not related to shrimp - out of the water. At 18 inches, Steve said he had never seen anything like it before, describing it as "an alien creature".
