Baby gives bulldog a piece of his mind

We don’t know what the poor bulldog’s offence was, but he’s getting it in the neck from this determined toddler.

With perfect intonation, the baby can’t BELIEVE the bulldog could do X. I mean, doesn’t he know we never do X? What was he thinking?
