What is it these days with people disrupting live tv during natural disasters? Yesterday, we had the carefree shirtless guy asking out a reporter live on air during a raging wildfire.

And today, we have a man nonchalantly cycling around on a ridiculously tall bike in the background of a report on the serious floods that have hit Florida.
