Check out this amazing footage of stampeding dolphins

Yep, it's called a stampede. And it's really beautiful.

Nope, we didn't know either - a mass of dolphins flinging themselves about with abandon is a stampede. One has been captured in this amazing footage, shot using a small drone - and check out the close-ups of a baby humpback whale about 2.20 mins in.

Captain Dave Anderson of Capt. Dave's Dolphin and Whale Safari in Dana Point, California did the filming. Able seaman that he is, he drove the boat and controlled the drone at the same time.
