Victoria Beckham was shocked by the outrageous children's birthday parties her kids were invited to in Los Angeles.

Victoria and her husband David try not to spoil their own children, Brooklyn, 14, Romeo, 10, Cruz, eight, and Harper, two, and Victoria revealed she could not believe the excesses of parties they attended while living in California.
