Police Officer caught on camera beating female shoplifter

Footage has emerged of a police officer attacking a woman suspected of shoplifting in an interview room; his response "she appeared willing to fight".

The Quad Cities police, who was caught on the store security camera, is seen pressing down on the 34-year-old woman in front of her child.
