West raps about keeping it 'real'

Kanye West thinks he is "the worst celebrity".

The 'Stronger' hitmaker - who is expecting his first child with girlfriend Kim Kardashian - launched into a bizarre rap-rant during his performance at the Adult Swim Upfront party in New York on Wednesday, in which he insisted he is too "real" to be thought of as a fame seeker.
