Bieber Dublin-bound in February

Justin Bieber has announced he is bringing his Believe tour to Dublin next February.

Bieber will play at the O2 on Sunday, February 17, two years after his last visit.

Meanwhile, the 18-year-old singer has told reporters he is confused about why Prince William hasn't taken any medication to try to stop his obvious hair loss.
