Cowell has staff working 'around the clock' to beat rival show
Simon Cowell has ordered 'Britain's Got Talent' staff to work "around the clock" in a bid to beat 'The Voice'.
The 52-year-old musical mogul - who produces the show as well as sitting on the judging panel alongside Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams - is said to be demanding "dozens" of last-minute changes to the programme after it was run close in the ratings by its BBC rival.
