Jackson doctor wants manslaughter conviction overturned
Dr Conrad Murray has claimed his conviction for the manslaughter of Michael Jackson should be overturned.
The physician - who has been jailed for four years over the 'Thriller' singer's death - has filed legal documentation in court claiming the judge should allow him to prove Michael was so stressed over his financial affairs he recklessly gambled his life by administering a large dose of anaesthetic Propofol, according to TMZ.com
